Okay, so a couple of days back, I ran into a problem with my laptop which now requires it to be sent in to replace a non-functioning hard drive.
So, here's good news and bad news:
Dell can replace the hard drive and make it good as new.
My warranty is covered till August of 2019, which means that it won't cost a single penny for this process.
All of my files, documents, etc., should not be affected according to them. Not that part would be a problem as I have back-ups of my important stuff on memory sticks and email.
Still needs to get sent out.
May take a while depending on how long they will actual fix the laptop.
Now, in terms of drawing and all that, there's isn't much I can do on my main account. On this account, the news of a bad hard drive doesn't affect it too much outside out as all deviations have been commissions done by other people (though I should try and draw peril-related art at some point) and I can still access DA on my ipod to view comments, notes (especially for rps that I have been doing), so it's not too bad for this account.
I will provide some news later down the line when this whole debacle has been fixed.
Take care until then.
